I explained this in the other forum about bad instruction, but I took some lessons from an instructor that had to have everything his way and I didn't want to change everything and so I shopped around and found an instructor that could help me make some minor changes and shave 3-5 strokes off of my handicap. He asked me what I wanted to accomplish and then he watched me hit different shots and then made some minor changes that accomplished exactly what I want. It worked out great.
